Use the instructions below if you’ve forgotten your Weltrade profile password or cannot log in to mobile app. Recovery process is quick and can be completed directly from the app using your registered email address.


How to recover password in mobile app: step-by-step guide:

1. Open Weltrade app (iOS or Android).

2. On Log in screen, tap Forgot password?

3. Enter your registered email address and tap Restore Password.

4. Check your inbox for a reset link. Tap it to open reset page.

5. Create a new password and confirm it.

6. A message confirms the change; tap Log in and sign in with your new password

⚠️ Note: If two‑factor authentication is enabled, you’ll still receive a 2FA code after changing the password.
