Your email address is one of the most important identifiers on your Weltrade account. It’s used for logging in, receiving trade notifications, account updates, and security alerts.
How to change email address?
If you need to change your email address - whether it's outdated, incorrect, or compromised - here’s a step-by-step guide:
1. Log in to your Weltrade account.
2. Go to Settings - Authorization - Email Address - Change email.
3. Enter your current email address, the new one, and repeat the new email address
4. Click Change Email
5. Verification emails with 2 different codes will be sent to both your new email and the old one
6. Enter both codes and click Confirm
7. You’re all set up and ready to use new email address
⚠️ Important notes:
You must not reuse an email already linked to another Weltrade account.
Make sure your new email is active and that you have full access to it.
After the update, use your new email address to log in to your Personal Profile and all Weltrade platforms
