Below are the most common reasons why you may experience login issues with your Weltrade Personal Profile:


Incorrect email or password

  • Your login is your registered email address, not your trading account number or name.

  • Check for extra spaces or typing mistakes.

  • Make sure Caps Lock is off.

  • Confirm your keyboard language is set to English.

If you forgot your password, you can reset it using the Forgot password option on login page.


Email typo during registration

If you suspect you entered your email incorrectly during registration, try signing up again with correct email. If a new Personal Profile is created successfully, your previous registration likely contained a typo.


Technical issue

If you're still unable to log in, try the following on your browser:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  • Try a different browser or open an Incognito/Private Window (CTRL+Shift+N).
