Reports section in Weltrade affiliate platform provides detailed statistics about your traffic, referrals, and earnings. While the dashboard shows a general overview, reports allow affiliates to analyze performance in detail, track user behavior, and optimize marketing campaigns.

Reports section includes four main types of reports:

  • Media Report

  • Registrations Report

  • Activity Report

  • Earnings Report

Each report focuses on a different stage of affiliate funnel. We are reviewing each subsection in detail further.


What is Reports section?

Reports section allows affiliates to track full journey of referred users - from first click to commission earned. Using reports, affiliates can:

  • analyze traffic and visitor behavior

  • track registrations and client status

  • monitor deposits and trading activity

  • review detailed commission records

This helps partners understand what is working and improve campaign performance.

How to use report filters and settings

All reports include flexible tools to customize data:

  • Date range selector (e.g. Month to Date or custom dates)

  • Filter options to narrow down results

  • Breakdown to group data by different parameters

  • Run Report button to apply settings

  • Search bar to find specific users or records

  • Select Columns to customize visible data

  • Export to download reports

These tools allow to analyze specific campaigns, users, or time periods.


Reports section includes the following subsections:

Media Report

Media Report focuses on traffic and conversion performance. It shows data grouped by time (for example, by day) and includes metrics such as:

  • Day - date

  • Commission – earnings generated during the period

  • Impressions – number of times promotional materials were displayed

  • Visitors – number of users who visited via affiliate links

  • Registrations – number of users who signed up

  • FTD (First Time Depositors) – users who made their first deposit

One can also add their own filters in this section and choose Breakdown (day, language, country, name, etc.)

What affiliates can do in Media Reports:

  • analyze how much traffic campaigns generate

  • compare performance across different dates

  • identify which campaigns bring registrations and deposits

This report helps affiliates understand top of the funnel - how effectively their marketing generates traffic and conversions.


Registrations Report

Registrations Report shows detailed information about users who registered through your affiliate links. It includes:

  • User ID – unique identifier of the referred user

  • Registration Date – when the user signed up

  • Country – user’s location

  • AFP (affiliate parameter) – tracking parameter if used

  • Status – for example, verified

One can also select the columns to show in Registrations Report section by clicking on Hidden button to the right. Among available options are language, name, brand, etc.

By clicking button Find User in top right corner, affiliates can enter user’s details and find these users faster in the list. If you tap on user's ID, a detailed Customer Profile opens with even more information on user’s traded symbols, transactions, activity, etc.

What affiliates can do in Registrations Report section

  • track new registrations

  • monitor user verification status

  • analyze geographic distribution of referrals

  • identify which campaigns bring users from specific regions

This report helps affiliates evaluate lead quality and understand who their audience is.


Activity Report

Activity Report shows financial and trading activity of referred users. It includes:

  • User ID

  • Commissions – total commission generated per user

  • Commission Count - total number of commissions

  • Deposits – total deposits made

  • Deposit Count – number of deposit transactions

  • Withdrawals – total withdrawals

  • Net Deposits – difference between deposits and withdrawals

  • PL (Profit/Loss) – trading result of the user

One can also add new columns or hide them from the view, add filters, and change breakdown on this page.

What affiliates can in Activity Report section:

  • analyze user trading behavior

  • track deposits and withdrawals

  • evaluate which users generate the most value

  • monitor overall client activity

This report shows the middle of the funnel — how active referred users are and how they interact with the platform.


Earnings Report

Earnings Report provides a detailed breakdown of affiliate commissions. It includes:

  • User ID

  • Created – date and time when commission was generated

  • Amount – commission value

  • Commission Type – for example:

    • cashback

    • revshare (spread-based earnings)

  • AFP – tracking parameter if used

What affiliates can do in Earnings Report:

  • track each commission transaction

  • understand how earnings are generated

  • analyze which commission types bring the most revenue

  • verify payments and commission calculations

This report shows the final stage of the funnel - actual earnings and how they are calculated.
