W-Club is a Weltrade loyalty program designed specifically to incentivize and reward partner activity. It allows you to track your performance, upgrade your status, and unlock exclusive privileges based on your professional results.
Program foundations
Partner status system is based on the cumulative Spread volume generated by your clients over the last 90 days (Rolling Window).
Unlike programs based on one-time deposits, W-Club evaluates the sustained activity of your partner network.
Core program Parameters
Rolling Period (RP) - 90 days: The timeframe used to calculate the Spread volume required for your current status.
Confirmation Period (CP) - 30 days: If, at the end of the 90-day period, your Spread volume falls below the threshold of your current level, you are granted an additional 30 days to restore your performance indicators before a downgrade occurs.
Rolling Step (RS) - 1 level: A protective mechanism ensuring that even with a significant decline in performance, you will drop by no more than one level per review cycle. A review cycle is a single assessment and adjustment process that includes the 30-day Confirmation Period and concludes with either status restoration or a one-step downgrade.
Instant Growth: As soon as your Spread volume for the last 90 days reaches the threshold of the next level, your status is upgraded (processed once every 24 hours).
How your status is determined
Your W-Club level is calculated based on the total Spread volume generated by your clients over the last 90 days (Rolling Period).
How it works: Every day, the system evaluates your performance over the previous 3 months. If the volume increases, your status rises.
Instant growth: As soon as you reach the threshold for a new level, your status is upgraded immediately. You can skip several levels at once if your network shows explosive growth.
Status protection system
We value long-term cooperation; therefore, we have implemented three layers of protection to ensure your status does not drop due to temporary lulls in client trading activity.
A. Confirmation Period (30 days)
If, at the end of the 90-day period, the Spread volume falls below the requirements of your current level, your status does not change immediately. To support your partner standing, the system activates a 30-calendar-day grace period. During this time, you retain all current privileges and can focus on re-activating your partner network to restore performance indicators.
B. Rolling Step (1 level)
We follow the principle of gradual adjustment: even with a significant drop in network activity, you will not lose your status abruptly. Your level can decrease by a maximum of one step per review cycle. This provides you with the necessary time buffer to adapt your strategy and return to previous performance levels.
C. Guaranteed Minimum Level (Max Drop - 2 levels) This is your primary insurance, securing your historical success. Your status is protected from dropping more than 2 levels below your all-time high achievement.
Example: If you have reached the Ambassador level (level 6), your status will never fall below the Leader level (level4) as long as this protection is active.
Activation Condition: This "non-burnable" insurance remains active as long as you maintain a baseline influx of new clients - 10 FTDs (First Time Deposits) within the last 30 days (calculated daily on a rolling window basis).
Important: FTD condition only affects downside protection. If your Spread volume grows, your level increases according to general rules, regardless of the number of new deposits. However, if volumes decline, having 10 FTDs acts as an "emergency brake," preventing you from falling below your guaranteed minimum level.

In addition to the Level system, which depends on your activity over the last 90 days, W-Club features a Lifetime Spread system. This represents your "capital" within the company - it never expires and never decreases.
How it works:
For existing partners: Lifetime Spread tracking begins automatically from the moment of the official W-Club program launch.
For new partners: Tracking begins instantly upon registration for the Weltrade Partner Program.
No expiration: Unlike your Level status, this indicator only grows. You can progress toward your goals at your own pace.
Achievement rewards
Upon reaching specific Lifetime Spread milestones, partners receive exclusive, high-value rewards. These may include:
Latest generation Apple products.
Luxury accessories and timepieces.
Tickets to Weltrade VIP events.
Special commemorative awards and branded merchandise.
Important: Your progress toward Lifetime Rewards can be tracked via a dedicated achievement bar in your Partner Office. Once the bar is full, the reward is yours!
Development status: Currently, the functionality for displaying and claiming these specific rewards is under development. However, the system is already fully tracking and crediting your Spread toward future rewards. The option to claim your gifts will become available immediately following the official release of the Rewards section.

Q: Why is my partner level not increasing?
A: Your level is calculated based on the Spread volume generated by your referrals over the last 90 days. If this figure is below the threshold for the next level, your status will remain unchanged.
Q: How quickly is my level updated once I reach a target?
A: Level upgrades occur once every 24 hours, as soon as the cumulative Spread volume for the last 90 days reaches the required milestone.
Q: My Spread volume dropped sharply; will I lose my level immediately?
A: No. The system includes a Confirmation Period (30 days). You will have one month to restore your network’s activity before the system initiates a downgrade.
Q: What happens if I fail to restore the Spread volume during the 30-day Confirmation Period?
A: Your level will decrease by only one step (according to the Rolling Step rule). Following this, a new 90-day period begins, during which you will again be protected.
Q: What is meant by a "review cycle" in the Rolling Step rule?
A: This is a timeframe that includes the 30-day Confirmation Period. If you do not restore the required Spread volume within these 30 days, the system completes the cycle and downgrades your level by 1. The next downgrade is only possible upon the completion of a subsequent cycle, giving you additional time to engage with your clients.

Q: Are trades made before the launch of the new system taken into account?

Q: Can I skip a level?
A: Yes. There are no restrictions on growth. If your clients generate enough volume to reach a level three steps above your current one, you will receive that new status immediately (during the next daily update).
Q: Does my level depend on my personal deposits or trading?
A: No. The W-Club program for partners considers only the trading activity of your clients (cumulative Spread).
Q: Where can I see how much Spread I need for the next level?
A: All detailed information regarding your progress, current cumulative volume, and protection periods is available in your Partner Office under the W-Club section.
Q: When will I receive my Lifetime Spread reward?
A: The system is currently in accumulation mode. We will provide a further update when the Rewards interface becomes available in your Office, allowing you to view your progress and claim your rewards.
Q: Does my current Level affect my Lifetime Rewards?
A: No, these are two parallel systems. Your Level may temporarily decrease due to a lull in activity, but your Lifetime Spread remains unchanged and will continue to grow as soon as your clients resume trading.
Q: Does the accumulated Spread expire if I am inactive for a long time?
A: No, your Lifetime Spread has no expiration date. It represents your history of success with Weltrade.
