Common reasons why Partner commission was not credited:
Your client’s trading activity doesn’t meet minimum requirements. Partner commissions are paid only for eligible trades. For example:
Client did not open any transactions during the reporting period.
Commission gets credited once it reaches 1 USD;
Commission doesn’t get calculated if a client has bonuses in his account and his real money in the balance is less than 1 USD.
Recommendation:
Check your client’s trading history in your Partner dashboard to ensure the transactions meet all requirements.
