Why haven’t I received my partner commission?

At Weltrade, we strive to ensure all partner commissions are credited accurately and on time. If you notice that your commission hasn’t been received, please review the common reasons and recommendations below.


Common reasons why Partner commission was not credited:

Your client’s trading activity doesn’t meet minimum requirements. Partner commissions are paid only for eligible trades. For example:

  • Client did not open any transactions during the reporting period.

  • Commission gets credited once it reaches 1 USD;

  • Commission doesn’t get calculated if a client has bonuses in his account and his real money in the balance is less than 1 USD.

Recommendation:

Check your client’s trading history in your Partner dashboard to ensure the transactions meet all requirements.

Client account registration issue

  • Client did not register their account via your referral link or promo code.

  • Client’s account was reassigned to another partner or not linked to your partnership at all.

  • Verify in your Partner dashboard that the client appears in your referral list.

  • If not, contact Weltrade customer support with client’s account number for investigation.

Violation of partnership program rules

Weltrade reserves the right not to pay commissions if:

  • There is detected abuse of the program (e.g., self-referrals, arbitrage schemes).

  • Partner or referred client violates trading conditions.

Review Partnership Agreement carefully to ensure compliance with all program terms.

Pending payment period

  • Some commission payouts are processed on a scheduled basis (e.g., weekly or monthly).

  • Reporting period may not have closed yet.

  • Payout processing time hasn’t elapsed.

Check commission payment schedule in your Partner dashboard and allow time for processing your payout.

How to resolve Partner commission issues

If you have checked all the above points and still believe your commission is missing:

Collect the following information:

  • Your Partner ID

  • Client account numbers in question

  • Period for which commission is missing

  • Screenshots of your Partner dashboard, if relevant
