If you're a Weltrade partner and your clients are missing from your dashboard, it can be frustrating - especially when you're expecting commissions. This guide will walk you through the whole process of how to find out what’s wrong and how to fix it.
Why you don't see clients in Partner dashboard and how to fix it
1. Check if client used your referral link. Your client must register using your unique referral link to be assigned to your partner account.
How to check:
Ask your client to confirm how they signed up.
If they used your link, the URL should have looked like this:
https://gowt.net/ib59023If they registered without a referral link (directly on the site or through the app), they won't appear in your dashboard.
💡Tip: If client hasn’t registered yet, send them your referral link again and remind them to open it in a browser with cookies enabled.
2. Make sure tracking wasn't blocked. Sometimes, the referral tracking fails if:
User registered in incognito/private mode
Their browser blocked cookies
They cleared cookies before completing registration
What you can do:
Ask your client to repeat the registration process from your referral link using a normal browser window.
Make sure ad blockers or privacy extensions are turned off temporarily.
If they already registered incorrectly, a new account needs to be created via your referral link (after clearing cookies).
3. Check your dashboard filters. You might not see the client because your dashboard is hiding them based on the filters you’ve set.
How to check:
Log in to your Partner dashboard.
Go to Rebate section.
Make sure:
The date range includes the client’s registration date
No filters are applied that would hide the client.
💡Tip: Try resetting all filters and expanding the date range to Over the period.
4. Check if your client is active. Only active clients may be fully visible in some statistics.
Ask your client:
Have they made at least one trade?
Have they deposited funds?
Inactive accounts may appear in your list but won't generate commissions or reflect in some performance reports
5. Make sure your partner profile is verified. An unverified partner account can limit your dashboard functionality.
How to check:
Log in to your Personal Profile.
Go to Settings - Verification section.
Make sure your identity documents and any required information are fully submitted and approved.
6. Clear cache and restart. Sometimes, browser cache or technical glitches can affect what you see in your dashboard.
Try this:
Log out of your Weltrade account.
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
Close browser, reopen it, and log in again.
Use the latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
