Security section in Settings

Manage your account protection in Weltrade Settings → Security. Learn how to enable 2FA, change withdrawal confirmation method, update password, and control active sessions to keep your funds and profile secure. Managed by Weltrade Ltd.

Security section in Weltrade Settings helps you manage account protection tools, confirmation methods, and access history.

To open this section, go to Settings and select Security.

What you can manage in Security section

Two-factor authorization (2FA)

Two-factor authorization adds extra protection to your account. Weltrade uses Google Authenticator for 2FA.

Withdrawal confirmation

Withdrawal confirmation defines which confirmation method will be used when you process withdrawal requests. By default, operation confirmation notifications are sent to email. 2FA withdrawal confirmation is also available.

Secret Question

Secret Question helps protect your account and may be used as additional security check.

To create Secret Question, click Manage next to Secret Question and follow instructions on the screen.

In the nest screen, select one of the 4 available secret questions:

  • Mother’s maiden name

  • Your pet’s name

  • Your first teacher’s name

  • Your friend’s phone number

Then, enter your answer and click Submit.

If you want to change secret question, contact Weltrade Customer Support.


Access logs

Access logs show extended information about logins to your Personal Profile, including details related to IP addresses used to access your account.

To check access logs, go to Settings - Security - click Manage next to Access logs.
