Unlike withdrawals, deposits only require KYC verification - no address verification or Payment Profile is needed.

How to make a deposit — step by step guide
Step 1. Log in to your Weltrade Profile. Go to Weltrade website and log in to your Personal Profile.
Step 2. Open Deposit section. In the top menu, click Finance, then select Deposit tab.
Step 3. Select your bank. Choose your bank from the list.
Step 4. Enter the deposit amount. Select your trading account, enter the deposit amount, and click Confirm.
Step 5. Complete the payment You will be redirected to the Online Banking payment page or your bank app. Log in to your bank and follow the on-screen instructions to authorise the payment.
Step 6. Check your transaction Once completed, verify the deposit in your Operations History.
⚠️ Important information
Deposits are only available for KYC-verified accounts. If your account has not passed KYC verification, the deposit section will not be accessible.
Bank account must be registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not allowed.
💡 Why your deposit may be rejected: Online Banking automatically matches the bank account owner against the document number submitted during your KYC verification. If there is a mismatch, the payment will be declined automatically.

The most common reason is a name mismatch between your bank account owner name and your Weltrade account name. Online Banking automatically checks this against the document number from your KYC verification. Make sure you are depositing from a bank account registered in your own name.
