How to withdraw funds from your Weltrade account

Withdraw funds directly to your South African bank account using Online Banking. This article covers available withdrawal methods, conditions, and the step-by-step withdrawal process. Managed by Weltrade SA (PTY) Ltd

Before you withdraw

Three requirements must be completed before a withdrawal is available:

1. KYC verification (identity) - your identity must be verified. See How to verify your Weltrade account (KYC).

2. Address verification (proof of address) - your address must be verified. See How to verify your address.

3. Payment Profile must be created and verified - a Payment Profile is a verified bank account wallet required by South African regulations. It must be created and approved before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process - once verified, it can be reused for future withdrawals.

Note: a Payment Profile is linked to specific bank account details. If you want to withdraw to a different bank account, you must create a new Payment Profile and pass verification again. See Payment Profile for the full creation process.
