Before you close the account
Step | Why it’s important |
Close all open positions | An account with active trades cannot be closed. |
Withdraw or transfer any remaining funds | Balance must be zero; move funds to Wallet or another trading account. |
Close trading account in mobile app
1. Open Weltrade app and sign in.
2. In Dashboard, go to the list of your trading accounts, locate the one you want to close, and click ⋮ (three‑dot) menu on the right.
3. Go to Close account - hit Manage
4. Confirm closing trading account in the next screen.
