Weltrade offers various trading bonuses, such as Welcome Bonus, Spinner, etc. You can check full Terms and Conditions for each promotion here or in your Profile - Promotions.
While these promotions are designed to be straightforward, users may sometimes encounter issues during activation, use, or withdrawal. Below is a list of common problems and how to solve them quickly.
Spinner not available or spins not received
Sometimes you may notice that the Spinner option does not appear in your profile or that free spins are not credited after a recent deposit. This usually happens due to one or more of the following reasons:
The deposit was made to an account type not eligible for the promotion
No deposit was made during the current promotional period.
The deposit amount did not meet the minimum requirement of $30 needed to receive a spin.
How to resolve it:
Spinner promotion is available only for certain funded MT5 account types (such as Pro and Micro). Ensure your deposit meets the minimum requirement of $30, was made to an eligible account, and that your profile is fully verified and active.
Bonus not credited after deposit
This usually happens when:
You didn’t select a bonus during depositing your account
You used a deposit method that’s not eligible for bonuses
You deposited into an account type that doesn’t support the selected bonus
How to resolve it:
Check your Operations History to see if bonus has been applied - find the necessary deposit transaction and in its details you will see if bonus is being added or no.
Bonus removed or cancelled
This may occur due to:
A withdrawal before meeting the bonus trading conditions
Changing account types or disabling bonus manually
Bonus expiration (each bonus has a time limit)
How to resolve it:
Check Bonus Terms and Conditions in your Personal Profile. If conditions were met and the bonus was still removed, contact Weltrade customer support to clarify the issue.
Unable to withdraw profit from bonus
In most cases, you must reach a specific trading volume to withdraw profit from bonus funds.
How to resolve it:
Go to your Operations History and check your traded volume. You can also view bonus progress in My Promotions section of your Personal Profile. Keep trading until the required lot volume is completed.
Bonus not available for my account type
How to resolve it:
Open a new trading account of a supported type and try again. If you're unsure which account to use, reach out to Weltrade customer support.
