Weltrade SA (PTY) Ltd operates as a licensed financial services intermediary in South Africa. This means we do not provide trading services ourselves, but help you access them.

Here is how the process works:

  • Weltrade SA (PTY) Ltd does not execute trades and does not provide a trading platform.

  • All CFD trading services are provided by Weltrade Ltd.

  • Weltrade SA (PTY) Ltd acts only as an intermediary, helping you register and directing you to the trading provider.


What happens after registration

Once you complete registration and initial verification with Weltrade SA (PTY) Ltd:

1. Your details are securely shared with Weltrade Ltd.

2. You are asked to accept a separate client agreement with the trading provider.

3. Your trading account and platform access are handled entirely by Weltrade Ltd.

Approval by Weltrade SA (PTY) Ltd does not automatically guarantee acceptance by the trading provider, as additional verification may be required.


Important things to understand

  • Your trading relationship is directly with Weltrade Ltd.

  • Weltrade SA (PTY) Ltd is not a counterparty to your trades and does not manage your trading account.

  • All matters related to:

    • trade execution

    • trading platforms

    • account balance

    • profits or losses

  • are governed by the Weltrade Ltd Client Agreement, not by Weltrade SA (PTY) Ltd.


Why this structure exists

This setup allows Weltrade SA (PTY) Ltd to comply with South African regulatory requirements while ensuring that trading services are provided by a specialized international trading company.

Weltrade SA (PTY) Ltd conducts due diligence on the trading provider but does not control or monitor day-to-day trading operations.
