How to verify your address

Learn how to complete address verification on Weltrade and confirm your residential address. This guide explains why address verification is required and how to successfully verify your address.

Address verification confirms your residential address.

Completing address verification is required to enable withdrawals from your account.

How address verification works

Address Verification checks that your declared address matches an official document.


Prerequisites

Before you can start address verification, the following must be completed:

  • Email address - Verified

  • Mobile Number - Verified

  • Identity Verification (KYC) - Verified

  • Personal Information - Completed


How to verify your address

Step 1. Log in to your Weltrade Profile.

Step 3. Find Address Verification and click "Manage".

Step 4. Confirm your country of residence and click "Submit".

Step 5. Select the type of proof of address document you will upload. Available document types:

  • Rental agreement

  • Bank or mortgage statement

  • Government-issued documents (tax bill/declaration)

  • Utility bill (gas, electricity, water, etc.)

Step 6. Click "Next".

Step 7. Upload your document - click "Upload file" or "Take a photo".

The document must include your full name, current residential address, and must be issued within the last 3 months.

Step 8. Wait while the system checks your document. Processing takes up to 1 minute.

Step 9. Once verified, the status next to Address Verification in Settings → Verification will change to Verified.


What happens after address verification

Once Address Verification status is Verified, withdrawals become available. To make your first withdrawal, you will need to create a Payment Profile - a verified bank account linked to your Weltrade account. The Payment Profile is created directly inside the withdrawal flow.

What documents can I use as proof of address?

Rental agreement, bank or mortgage statement, government-issued documents (tax bill or declaration), or utility bill (gas, electricity, water, etc.).

How recent must the document be?

The document must be issued within the last 3 months and must be clearly readable.

What happens if address verification fails?

You can restart the process from Settings → Verification → Address Verification → Manage and resubmit a valid document.
