Why my withdrawal is pending

Issue

Why this happens?

How to fix / What to do?

Payment system delay

Even after Weltrade approves your withdrawal, your bank may take additional time to credit the funds.

Online Banking withdrawals are usually instant. If funds have not arrived, check with your bank to confirm the payment is not on hold.

Make sure the payment provider is not experiencing technical issues or maintenance.

It’s weekend or public holiday

Withdrawals are usually processed during business days.

Delays are common on weekends or holidays (both local and international). Requests submitted outside business hours are processed the next business day.

Wait until the next business day.

Your withdrawal will be automatically processed once operations resume.

Withdrawal

is being reviewed manually

In some cases, withdrawals

are reviewed manually for security reasons - especially if:

  • It’s your first withdrawal

  • It’s a large amount

  • System flagged unusual activity

  • Wait for review process (usually completed within 24 hours).

  • Check your email for any

    requests from compliance team.

Bonus or trading terms not met

If you received a trading bonus, you may need

to meet specific trading volume requirements before withdrawing.

  • Go to your Promotions section

    in Dashboard.

  • Review terms and conditions attached to your active bonuses.

  • Then:

    • Complete required trading volume, or

    • Cancel bonus (if allowed)

      to withdraw your funds.

Your request is still

in queue

Sometimes, high demand or scheduled batch processing

can cause slight delays in confirming withdrawal requests.
