How to clear your browser cache and cookies

Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can help fix login errors, display issues, or connection problems when accessing the Weltrade website or Personal Profile.

⚠️ Before you begin:

Clearing your browser data may remove the following:

  • Saved passwords

  • Autofill information

  • Auto-login data

Quick shortcut

Use the following key combinations to open the clear data window instantly:

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + Delete

  • Mac: Shift + Command + Delete

This shortcut works in most modern browsers. If it doesn’t, follow the detailed steps for your browser below.

Google Chrome (desktop)

1. Click the three dots menu in the top-right corner.

2. Select Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data.

3. Choose Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

4. Select All time as the time range.

5. Click Clear data.

Google Chrome (Mac)

1. Click the three dots menu at the top-right.

2. Go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data.

3. Choose what to remove and confirm with Clear data.

Google Chrome (Android)

1. Open the Chrome app.

2. Tap the three dots menu → History → Clear browsing data.

3. Select Cookies and cached files.

4. Tap Clear data.

Firefox (desktop)

1. Click the three lines menu at the top-right.

2. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security.

3. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.

4. Confirm by selecting Clear.

Microsoft Edge (desktop)

1. Click the three dots menu in the top-right.

2. Select Settings → Privacy, search, and services.

3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

4. Check Cookies and cached images, then click Clear now.

Opera (desktop)

1. Click the Opera menu icon.

2. Select Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear browsing data.

3. Choose Cookies and Cached files.

4. Click Clear data.

Safari (Mac)

1. Click Safari → Settings → Privacy.

2. Select Manage Website Data, then click Remove All.

Safari (iOS)

1. Open Settings → Safari.

2. Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.

3. Confirm by selecting Clear History and Data.

Other Android browsers

Look for options like Clear browsing data, Privacy, or Storage in the browser settings. Make sure to remove Cookies and Cached images/files.

After clearing, restart your browser and log in again to your Weltrade Personal Profile.
